I have an 06 DC SR5 - I started regretting that I didn't have the rear-locker TRD package when I was having some traction problems in sand / shallow mud, but when I went to aggressive tires and a lift I've accidentally done both in 2WD and didn't realize it until it was acting a little sluggish, LOL

Regrets at very first, then modded the truck, regrets went bye-bye.

I've got the '09 access cab SR5. Put an Undercover bed cover on it and tinted the front windows. Had 1000 miles on it and took it on a 2,000 trip. Very comfortable and 23-24 mpg at 82-85 mph all the way. Great truck.:D

Maybe we should start a pic thread for all SR5 Non-TRD Tacomas.

All I wanted was a MGM 4x4 DC LB. That right there is very hard to find even in a TRD...I didn't wnat to pay the premium of the TRD so I ordered one.....SR5 of course. Should be picking it up before the week is out!!!! Can't wait!!!

Yeah but they'd look exactly like TRD's, minus the sticker and a hood scoop (Sport).
