No age limit...I’m 58 (gettin’ closer to 59). I have a 2nd Gen Tacoma (2015) and a 2007 FJCruiser. You are only as old as you act. 2114E600-2C98-4C6A-9E92-B735E8DF67E9.jpg

Old guys are always welcome at meets.

They are there to help out the young guys with no skills, no tools, no cash, no recovery gear, no gas, no radio, no food, and no booze when everything goes sideways.

I'm 39 and this is my first ever Toyota. I'm enjoying this truck. It's much more modern than what I was driving, a 95 Mitsubishi Montero :)

first Tacoma at age 52 yrs...and loving it! This coming from a 2003 Discovery that i was WAAAAYYY over extended on and kept "throwing good money after bad." Older = wiser and I moved on to a Toyota...no matter the age, its a sign of maturity and just good sense!

51, first Taco, first time off-roading for fun. I love this truck and will squeeze all the fun I can out of him!! If in retirement I need another truck, it will only be a Taco.

So here is how the story goes, in case you all didn’t know:

20 something man: buys Tacoma to impress hot young women and take them camping.

30 something man: sells Tacoma because she got pregnant.

40 something man: buys Tacoma to go camping with family.

50 something man: divorces wife and buys TRD Pro to impress hot young women and take them camping.

I remember my first Toyota 4x4 p/up which was a 1982 Toyota Hilux 4x4 p/up that had a built 400sbc and a 8" lift sitting on 40" Denman Ground Hawgs
