I do enjoy both, but you can't tell me that SC is in the same league as MC. Let's see, indoor, (mostly) climate controlled, or at least an in the cooler months, and one twenty minute moto, vs two moto's in the searing heat, lasting on average of 45 minutes each. Back before you were born they "used" to run three moto's outdoors, and ride real (500cc two-strokes) bikes. As far as opening cerimonies, it pisses me off, to much like wrestling... Again, you don't see that crap at outdoor races...

Damn bro chillax. Besides indoors(sc) is for marketing and also so riders can race during the winter months. Don't know why they need to be compared when they serve two different purposes.

Also sc has qualifying and heat races before the main, and since the track is so tight there is no time to relax where in mc you can a bit on the straights. Not that that is a huge factor but its another difference between the two.

Now your showing that you've never been to an outdoor race, there is qualifying, and less time to rest, (think all the big air in Supercross, and smooth groomed rhythm sections). There is none of that outdoors, plus speeds are polly twice as fast, and twice as long, then, a whole other race, that's more brutal, (very little, if any track grooming). Don't get me wrong I watch/keep up with SC, but not in the same league as MC..

Is it late? Seems about right to me, can't be over a week out of sync if any.

Not really too interested in making this into an argument, but you are implying that pinning a bike on a long straight racing outdoors is exceedingly more challenging that constantly being in a rhythm section? Of course thats and exaggeration, but I'm trying to make a point. Indoors is short intense and technical, whereas outdoors is longer more conservative and less technical.

I'll bet my left nut that ANY pro level rider would say the exact opposite of what you think. Give me a second and I'll provide a link. The "less technical part" is making me laugh. You have a track that is changing every lap, again, for around 95 minutes of racing, vs a perfect course (groomed EVERY heat) for a total of less than twenty minutes...

Is disagree with both of you actually. Neither is easy. It takes an insane amount of strength to do both. Every real racer knows the ONLY place u can relax is in the air. Other than that, if your truly pushing yourself, no straight, corner, rhythm, etc is ever okay to relax on. They both are hard in their own way. AAANNNNYYYWWWAAAAYYYSSSSS, would u guys be down for updates during the races o.n here? Like, post who's leading, who fell, etc? Or just save it for the TV? Cuz between all of us there should be descent amount of races covered. Especially when people jump on here after the first race to talk about it

    ^this^

indoor: more compact, technical, high paced. groomed and repaired (not perfectly) each heat

outdoor: high speed, less compact, technical, ever changing with longer races

I don't recall stating either was easy. And you help make my point about resting in air, (which of course is a higher ratio in Supercross). And your idea is great, I've got Atlanta covered, and others do too, I'm sure.
