What are the length of the lines? I have a 4.5" lift in the rear and am hanging on the oem lines when flexed out.

The lines are custom made to fit your lift. In your case, the lines would be 4" over stock length.

From my experience - replace both front & rear OEM to SS braided.
I upgraded my suspension and needed longer rear lines- replaced with SS braided lines.
I noted a difference in the brake bias where it seemed the front brakes were not working as well as they should. Suspected the back brakes were getting activated sooner or with more pressure than the front, because the front OEM lines were expanding initially. Replaced the front OEM flexible lines with the same brand SS flexible line. Problem resolved. Note brake pedal is very firm now, and takes a gentler touch at first, certainly teaches smooth pressure application on the brake pedal.

You're welcome. I really like getting lines out to you guys as soon as possible because I hate waiting for things I've ordered to arrive. The excitement literally keeps me up at night sometimes. :D

Very astute observation, which happens to be true. Brake hose expands much more than braided line, and results in exactly the situation you described, which can lead to very uneven brake application and be dangerous in snow and ice.

ha, actually I'd rather have the back brakes lockup before the front in snow (& preferably use no brakes at all on ice) I sure miss having a handbrake control next to the seat :D I survived a winter with the back brake more biased with no problems, but definitely noticed the brake bias when towing a (no brakes) trailer. End up leaving lots of room between me and the next thing I might hit in the winter anyhow.

    Hey CaliAsh,

I received a paypal payment from you for LED lights. I'm sure it was a mistake since I don't have any LED lights so I processed a refund today. Please let me know if you have any questions.

You sir are awesome. I was trying to figure out what happened when dealing with another purchase.

If anyone has doubts on dealing with OCTaco, this alone should show you he is a stand up guy.

On another note, I highly recommend replacing front and rears at the same time for those that are on the fence about it.

This is a great deal for Goodridge stainless brake lines..I paid about $200 for a set of Goodridge brake lines for my mountain bike at one point. Ill definitely keep these in mind. Have you guys had a noticeable change in brake feel/power?

Your pedal will be a little stiffer, and the brakes will bite quicker.
