Finished the install today after waking up from turkey coma. The parts from JP were great, the placement of parts by Toyota had me forgetting what I was thankful for. Just a quick drive up the road let me know it was worth the time.

OME 3 inch lift all the way around, 285 75 16s, fog light any time, HID, Rock sliders, 30 inch bumbper LED, LED pod ditch lights
This may be answered in previous pages, are these lines longer then stock? Running a 3 inch lift and contemplating between this and extensions...

So are these lines longer? I just ordered everything to go extended travel and 3" of lift. Not sure if I need extended lines, but certainly interested. Anyone else in the same boat, who can offer some advice....Thanks

You can get any length you want, I have 28" lines in the rear and 17" lines in the front. About 3" of lift front and rear

I think your question has been answered, but just to clarify, the lines are custom made to fit your lift.

Since we were just on the other thread and you're getting a similar setup to mine: @OCTaco set me up with a 3" over stock set of lines and they suit my needs. I didn't get the measurements of the finished lines, but once installed there's still slack at full droop.

Thanks Ghost.. Ended up buying the UCA's, they were out of leafs. ^ good to know I'm currently running a 3" spacer and AAL, haven't had any issues. I'll take a look at it though. You are recommending @OCTaco then. Gracias

Yes sir, spray them down with some penetrating oil and make sure you use a flare-nut wrench, not just a typical open-end wrench.

honestly i used penetrating oil a few days in a row on them and it helped a ton. But the flare nut wrench i used had a ratcheting mechanism from craftsman and it was trash and started to strip the nut. Why toyota didnt make it bigger is beyond me. I ended up using a regular 10mm box wrench and an adjustable with no issues. I did see at the auto store a single 10mm flare nut with no ratchet mechanism which would of been better im sure but it was doable on my mud crusted 2011. a pair of vice grips also was used.

In my picture if you look carefully, the nut is already deformed. I tried penetrating oil, but my problem was finding a quality flare but wrench. Fucking quality control doesn't mean shit anymore. I'm gonna do what Gordi did or use vice grips.

Thanks for confirming that I wasn't wrenching the wrong way.

Be very careful with the vice grips. Also with the flare nut wrench junk i assume maybe a non ratcheting one is better but i didnt have the time or didnt want to go back. 10mm wrench but then i also had a buddy or my other hand pushing the nut into the wrench from the open part of the wrench. the back ones were a bitch bc where they are and the front ones were butter, almost more loose than i expected, but 11ftlbs isnt much. The rears were the hardest and i just let the brake fluid drain from them as i worked while filling the front reservoir so in the end it got a full flush and not just a bleed. I used a different color fluid also so i knew when it got through.
