    well its not really personal. maybe i took it a little too far since i was so irritated after being what i consider very patient, sending him a pm every week. but he could have handled it a little better if nothing more than just being honest and saying "i dont know when im going to be able to get around to these"

    FWIW, I almost always side with the consumer on these kinds of disputes, and your case is no exception. OP seems to be reputable enough so far in my opinion. Things happen, we all get our priorities misaligned time to time, buisinesses not excluded. If providing goods/services (hopefully for a profit) is a priority for OP hopefully he has learned from this situation. For all of our sake :cheers:

    He builds them custom length to your specs. Most people anymore just determine how much longer than stock they want and give him those specs, like mine are +4" in the front and +6" in the rear
