Just did the front lines today along with new OEM pads and aftermarket Plain rotors and my pedal is still complete mush. When I am sitting stopped, pedal goes to the floor.

I flushed all the fluid to all 4 corners and bled to death. I decided not to install the rear because I had issues doing the front lines and ran out of time.

Toyota overtightened the flares on my fronts and mushroomed the flare nut, so I had to build new hard lines to my front calipers. When I tried to remove the rear lines, they were frozen just like the fronts and I was afraid of finding the same issues, so I chose not to force them apart.

Do the rear lines really make that much of a difference? Just wondering what you guys noticed when you upgraded the rear lines as well.

My brakes really suck on this truck. My wife stresses about riding in this truck all the time and I really don't blame her. It is an 06 with 120,000 miles and I really never had any issues other than the brakes sucking ass.

Looking for some input on other possible problems here. I cannot figure out how the brake pedal mushes to the floor after bleeding the whole system????????

I'm looking at getting another inch up front over stock and possibly 2-3" more in the rear. How often does he make these and how often to you ship the batches out?

It sounds like you have air in your lines. I think most of the people who have bought the lines would agree that they increase breaking ability and pedal feel.

Have you tried bleeding your master cylinder?
