    I really don't have any true plans for the amp. I just couldn't pass up a GREAT deal! I am sure it will find its way in one of my vehicles.

    So, needless to say, I went for it. All these gadgets should hold me for a while. I'm stoked for the SD card option. It should pretty much make my iPod unnecessary to have in the truck anymore, which will give me piece of mind when I go to a movie or something. Now I just need to devise a dummy stereo face to cover up the touchscreen and make it look factory when not in use.

    I had a couple of weird experiences on the Amazon's website over the afternoon. I know the model 4200 was out of stock, but it still let me purchase it, informing me it will ship when it is in stock. I'm OK with that, as it still honored the promo code. Also, for whatever reason, from my multiple trips in and out of my Amazon shopping cart & checkout page while researching and adding items, it applied a portion of the promo code again, or an additional code of some sort, giving me more money off the purchase price than it should have. Hopefully this will pan out...we'll see.

    All in all, thanks for the code. It threw a wrench in the order of my build plans for the truck, but sometimes you have to strike when the iron is hot, and in this case, it was tough to pass up those prices. Thanks guys.

    Very confused on all of this. I don't plan on ever running an aftermarket amp. I'm not radio inclined. Is there an amp built into a double din? I just bought the 4200DVD. I just want everything to work. I DO have the jbl upgrade. So do I use that expensive metra harness or the normal $7 one? Thanks People!

    I can't help you much on the JBL deal, apparently there is some extra adapter you have to buy. Hopefully someone chimes in.

    As for the steering wheel control, you can get the PAC SWI-PS device for like $40 at Amazon. With that you can customize your buttons to any of the available options.

    I think the Bluetooth adapter was part of the 30% off deal.

    Also I thought you had said steering wheel not Bluetooth controls in that post above... my bad lol.

    YAHOO just had UPS bring some stuff. Pioneer back up camera,steering wheel control module and Crutchfield face plate adapter and wiring harness.
    Just waiting on head unit now.:popcorn:

    Just recieved the rest of it this morning. Now need a good wknd to install it. Hope it isnt to hard to do. Have a lot of things to hook up and have never installed my own stereo components.
