Amazon Prime Day 2017

To my knowledge you can't use it on a PC, you'll have to use the Amazon app to IM with them about a return. Pretty easy TBH on the app. Just understand that there answers take forever to get to you for some reason, like I'll type something super fast to them and it takes 3 minutes for them to respond. Make sure you answer back pretty quick too because there system likes to put you dormant after 2 min of no contact with you. I've had it happen where I have to do something, quickly run and do whatever, come back and see there response and when I answer them back, the system says it has to find a new customer support person. I had to explain my situation to 3 different people because there system wants me to answer back as fast as possible so they don't have a support person stuck up on someone not answering back. Just FYI.

 

It's tough to find, but just google "Amazon customer service" and then you select which order you have an issue with, and what your issue is. It lets you resolve it via email, phone or chat and you just pick which one you want to use. It works on PC.

 

@ramonortiz55 you definitely need the luminoodle. Used it for the first time camping last night and it was NICE. Put it up in a 10'x10' pop up canopy that we were cooking under, and it lit it up really well. Everyone was commenting on how cool it was.

Well you need to make that happen. Also make sure the battery you get is pretty big.

 

We've really enjoyed the Echo I got. Use it all the time and the speaker is really good. I've made a few reorders from Amazon with it also. Pretty cool device.

 

Did you get the cylinder one or the stubby one?

The full size one. May get one of the dots for the bedroom.

 

My grandma has a dot for her house. It's actually not bad volume-wise. We were building her back porch and still didn't use it at full blast.
