Guessing here: It may seem like useless crap (which some of it is) but what it realy is is SLOW MOVING crap. Crap that sits on the shelf and then you have to eat the cost of as obsolete inventory from an accounting standpoint.

This is just a clever way to try and move some of it before it hits their obsolescence deadlines. We do a similar thing all the time at work to our customers, but we are selling aerospace components rather than Kung Fu Panda 7: Bukkake Dragon or whatever

That's definitely what's going on. Its a two week hype up, special invitations and surprise sales all for junk nobody needs. I mean, Kung fu Panda 7 was better than 4, but i'm still not adding it to my collection.

 

Yeah, Michael Bay really took creative license in 7. Some would say it was a little over the top, but I don't think he should apologize for "art"

 

When Ben Stiller made a surprise appearance wearing the Panda head from Tropic Thunder, it just worked. Don't see why anyone had a problem with it.

 

There is a guy who posted 9 new threads over the past two days with click bait titles. Any of his would suffice. They're all Trainwrecks from the beginning because of the titles. I don't think they all survived however.

 

One of them was bwathudabebopbebopwhoa. I may have spelled incorrectly.
