    i did when putting them on. used a hair dryer. recently noticed a few spots that are coming up now several months later.

    I got yellows on mine. Love the look more than the amber.

    So, is there actually a difference or benefit besides looks for amber or yellow vs clear? I like how they look, but I haven't seen anything that states the benefits of each color, if there are any.

    Colored light such as amber or yellow help cut through foggy/dusty conditions

    I meant to ask, is there a benefit of one color over the other. Like, is amber/yellow better for certain situations?

    I like both, and would likely go with the color with more functionality if there is any.

    Everyone seems to like the yellow..I just wanted something different. I really havent seen any amber fogs until I did mine then it seemed to catch on :rolleyes:

    I've just got the Phillips extreme power or whatever they call em'. Im really impressed with the output of those..Eventually gonna get a set of xb led fogs from the rertofit source. Not sure about hid's behind the amber

    Ill be the first to argue that i think anything but clear (or maybe smoked) is no good. Yellow or amber fogs make your truck look cheap IMO. But i'm more of a simpler cleaner style guy myself...

    Careful with the films on your housings. The films change your color by absorbing light that you don't want to see and allowing be light you want to see to come through. Well, all that light that's absorbed turns into heat. That heat might really screw up your housings.
