    Greetings Everyone!

Just got my new Tacoma, and I've been going crazy thinking about the mod ideas I want to do. One such mod is updating the interior lighting. I've been trying to figure out what is the best, and I've moved from Blue to Red, to White, and then back and forth among them all. Each has some pros that I'd find useful. So I finally asked, what if I could have 2 of them? Then eventually I asked, what if I could have all 3!!

For the interior lights, I've started to hash out the following plan, and figured I'd see what you all had to offer in terms of tips/ideas, product considerations, feedback, etc. I have a sunroof, so I don't have a dome light. Just the map lights and the rear seat lights.

    - When opening a door - The lights are blue LEDs

    - When switching the interior lights to 'ON' via the overhead buttons - The lights are white LEDs

    - When pressing the Map lights - The Map lights are red LEDs.

    - The Rear seat lights right now only have a 'Open Door' and 'Always On' switch. The 'Always On' switch for Map lights also turns the Rear lights on. So there are a couple options to allow red LEDs for the Rear lights:
-- The 'Always On' rear switch turns on red LEDs. The 'Always On' front switch turns on white LEDs (see above).
-- Create a custom light housing and switch for the Rear lights. The the 'Always On' front switch could either control both the Map and Rear white LEDs, or just the Map LEDs. Meanwhile, the 'Always On' rear switch would only turn on the Rear white LEDs.

This requires 3 LED colors to be installed into one location. Some additional switching logic of some kind would also be required to control the light behavior. This is just at the brainstorming stage right now, so feel free to drop whatever thoughts you have.

If you haven't seen what @MESO has done, check it out. Inspiring me to think this plan is possible with some replaceable light fixtures.
