    I would rather have had them ship me a spanner wrench with the coilovers.... the things do me no good if I can't adjust them...

    Being in IT, i'd rather not be salaried. I work some crazy stupid hours sometimes. It definitely pays to be hourly in IT.

    That was kinda the catch for me, I get a bigger salary knowing that I'm on call once a month and I may have to work any and every hour of the day.

    I'm salaried but eligible for OT, given that I manage several people. Sometimes I wish I as hourly, but the OT is actually pretty good even being salaried.

    It's like being on-call 24 hours a day. It's especially bad given that our primary data center is two hours away...

    Extremely busy day. We're prepping our new office this week for the move on the 31st. Wireless bridges, new firewall appliances, Cat6 cabling about 23 stations, etc...

    Fun...but busy.
