    Iowa has recently exploded with alcohol. They loosened up the rules for beer and they must have done something with distilleries and winerys too because they are all over the place too.

    They are now reproducing prohibition era rye whiskey that was the preferred drink of Al Capone. It was the recipe at the heart of his boot legging business. It is some GOOD rye whiskey.

    I'm stuck on a specialty brew that is made about 45 minutes from me. It's a blonde ale with 9% alcohol. 2-3 has you feeling really good.
