How is it possible that banks don't know how to stay out of financial trouble?

How is it possible that Microsoft can't create stable applications that suit end-user needs?

How is it possible to issue driver's licenses to people who can't drive?

See! Look at this shit. Six-month-old work laptop. At least I'm not on crushing pre-holiday deadlines wiht a bunch of attorneys that wonf't stop makgin last-minute changes to materisl they've had for months.

for some reason, updating the OS/ hardware on all the biology lab laptops caused ALL the systems to crash, and windows couldnt repair itself

took 15 fucking hours to run all the recovery programs on 11 computers
