Good choice! My mom is still mad because I haven't taken the rider course. I'm gonna do it next spring to shut her up. Unfortunately the season has ended up here.

Not a bad deal then. I thought it was a waste of $135 but maybe not. I ride what I'm working on usually. Right now a 1980 Suzuki GS250T (torn down in my living room atm). Used to have a couple old hondas. I fix them up and sell them after. I'm trying to find some honda CT70 4 speeds in des moines for cheap but not working out. I also have a honda ruckus that I ride around campus. I'll ride it till the snow flies. Next Thanksgiving I'm getting a harley fat bob. The deals are awesome about this time of year.

I'm guessing this winter I will be riding a lot. Fuck cyride.
Yes, but I'm unsure how to join because when you go to the club website the links are invalid now. I joined the facebook group though.

I can't help not feeling sorry for the people that die doing things like that. I don't care how much experience they have or whatever, accidents and things happen and protection is proven to help. They may look cool while doing it but that doesn't matter when they are 6 feet under the cold hard ground.

Sweat dries faster than wounds heal. It is always a good idea to wear your gear. There isn't a helmet law here in Iowa, it just weeds out the phucktards.
