    The last house my parents built was really good quality, the builder had a ton of awards and stuff. The one they are in now is crap. It's only 7 years old but has more issues than I could ever explain. Of course my parents feel obligated to fix them before moving in a year or 2.

    They would but spending the time to fix them will save a lot of the value instead of someone coming in there and saying it needs like $10k worth of work from a contractor. My dad can do it on the cheap but just needs time he never has.

    nah, just apoligized for whatever she feels i did wrong. Tell her i love her, wich i really do. I understand where she is coming from. I am just not very good about talking about my "feelings". When she asked how come i dont i told her i have 4 feelings. Love, Rage, Hunger and Need of secks. She didnt like it.
