    Ususally the truck doesn't need an alignment for just new tires, but install new struts and it will need an alignment

    Now the tie rods are too rusted to fix the toe, i told him im not worried about the toe cuz it was just fine, the caster and camber are what need help...

    i've never had a shop tell me something was too rusted. Don't they normally have the tools for that?

    Im pretty sure if you adjust caster/camber your toe will change. Toe is usually the last thing set

    Yea that's what the guy said, I'll probably replace the tie-rods myself, they said the would realign for free after I replace them.
