Not much man - really trying to focus on reducing my work hours. I've been averaging 20 hours days since the new year...I'm drained.

    How are things with you?

Moved our corporate office in Orlando, which didn't go as planned, so I've been scrambling to get things where they need to be.

Rolled out the new VoIP phone system which (knock on wood) has gone very smoothly so far.

Working on getting the Thin Client environment up and running (testing phase now), redeveloping some of our SQL databases for a new reporting portal, and trying to convert three of our branches over to True Retail (which means we take them over as our own, deploying servers, phones, etc...).

I voluntarily take on more than I should, which is part of my problem.

Hey dude - how are things?

That seems to be a problem of many good IT nerds. I find myself doing it from time to time because i care and i want to see it done right.

    Sweet!

I was going to ask Bob what he thought about making a "TW Geek Squad" section, but this should fulfill our needs just fine.

    It's a double-edged sword, that's for sure.

Yep - this time the tide was out. The pic would have been better if I hadn't taken it through the dirty window!
