    Really hope you get the place...it's tough to find a place you like in a crowded market. Experienced it once when we moved to England...after being number 2 on several places (number 1 always got it) I started carrying the security deposit and first months rent in cash in my pocket. The next place we found that we both liked, I stuck the cash in the guys face ... even though someone else had been there before us and were interested, we got the place. Don't be scared to play cut throat in that kind of market is what I'm saying.;)

    :( Sad about the pup...:pray: it works out for him, and ya'll.

    :) Everything is fine here...days have been nice and sunny with temps in the 20s/30s. Still single digits/low teens at night. Snow is melting slowly during the day...just waiting for break up to get under way. It's gonna be a wet and messy one this year with all the snow.
