    Salmon FTW. I have a killer teriyaki marinade that...I haven't made in a while...hmmm...grillin time. Trout can be as good, a little less rich.

    I love sushi, but I hate rolls that slop on cream cheese and hot sauce and make a freak show out of it. all that crap just hides the subtle flavor of the fish. I do not undertand it.

    In Hawaii, the wahoo (ono) was amazing. If it was on the menu, I got it every time. Ahi poke, also. Choice.

    Bivalves, bottom feeders, crustaceans in general, meh. We just did a crab feed in Baltimore. I don't need to do that again. I love crab cakes, but that whole crab smashing thing...I was hungrier when I finished than when I started.
