    Haha, nothing much here you can't find anywhere else! Although, we do have a good sushi scene if you're in to that. Could probably go to a concert at The Slowdown, head out West to a StormChasers (KC Royals minor team) baseball game. Plenty to do in the Old Market downtown. With exception of the baseball game, all of these are a $10 taxi ride from the airport.

    I saw Hurt at the Slowdown a few weeks ago, that's a fantastic venue, and I do love me some college world series, however I have not been in td ameritrade yet, but that changes this year.

    Just read back a page and caught up - I said nothing you already knew! I thought Krap was coming for some reason.

    Yeah, CWS was awesome down there last year. Definitely not how it used to be at the Blatt but still sweet. Saw Kid Rock last summer at Red Sky Music Festival inside TD Ameritrade - great venue. It's a Miller or Coors beer stadium for events tho (can't remember which), so there are about 3 spots that serve anything Budweiser and 50 for Miller/Coors.

    I do a lot of heavy lifting at my job, maximum weight is 70 lbs off the bottom of a pallet. Not easy for an old lady with a bulging disk. The T shirt company is time consuming, considering sitting out in the hot sun and travelling for hours, packaging, sorting, sending things out...the website consists of making decisions that can cost the parent company a lot of money.

    I'm glad somebody else can relate. It's hard when there's a baby around. You need to get things done but with a baby you have drop everything NOW. And if they are fussy or want to play, you have to take time out of production for them. But it's worth it, isn't it... <3
