I voted doors, the black flag would look good with a blacked out Tacoma emblem on the door.

The flag is orientated that way to represent a soldier going into battle. Most the time you do not put that on anything you own unless you severed our country. But people don’t think that way anymore. There are certain conditions you treat our flag as well but not many people know them. If any one is curious look it up.

I have a set of magnetic flags for my (soon to arrive) AG Pro - but am seriously considering the stickers.

Quick story i was making a delivery to a toll both where 2 city employees were replacing the rope on the flag pole. They had lowered the American flag to the ground and it was just laying there ON THE GROUND! Just as i was telling them to pick it up a Vietnam vet was driving by slowly in his convertible. The vet lost his mind and started cursing the 2 guys. As i watched they picked it up and looked at me confused. They had or have no idea what was going on. I told them to look up how you are to handle our flag and walked away.

So a person can’t sport the United States flag unless that person has served this country?

The flag code generally provides guidance for flying and care of a cloth flag. As a vet, I firmly believe it should be treated with respect in all forms. I also am thrilled whenever I see anyone, vet or otherwise, display our flag in a way that demonstrates their support for our country. So, I have absolutely no problem with the stickers, magnets, etc if they are displayed with respect - no matter who wants to do so. Times have changed significantly since the original flag etiquette guidelines were written and, while some of the guidelines like not allowing the flag to touch the ground, are still sacrosanct our society accepts other representations. Fly the flag. Please. Our country needs it, now more than ever.
