That's stupid, what's the point of yelp if the page maker can delete all "bad" reviews? Isn't that the point? So people can read reviews and hopefully get some heads up this guy is a sham?

They def. dont have a clue to the depth & intensity a members driven Forum can wreek on some DB's life... I've experienced this phenomina a couple times here with scammers & shit, theres usually not enough left of the offender to write a review on, maybe an epitaph, but no review...

Forgive my ignorance, but why hasn't someone sued the dog shit out of this guy? I'm not a litigious person, but from reading this thread, American Motorsports is deserving a lawsuit or two.

Probably because he's either in bankruptcy or he's got his finger on the trigger ready to do it which of course would de rail any kind of compensation... Kinda like yer screwed either way...

If he's already in bankruptcy then you can always wait until he emerges from it, as long as statues of limitations doesn't expire. If he hasn't and files bankruptcy after the filing date of the lawsuit, then the law suit settlement would still part of the bankruptcy... Right?

I'm no lawyer, I'm just thinking aloud. It would be nice to see some justice served against this person.

    -edit-

It's these stories that scare the hell out of me to let anyone for any reason work on my truck.

I don't know myself. But I'd have already beat the shit out of him if i had been dealt with as such...

True, & if thr respondent is a no show, you win by default, but if this company has a history of this kind of shit (apparently it does), it might not go class action but the $$$$$$ numbers surely exceed the $10k ceiling limit on small claims meaning the court won't let it go the easy route, they want blood...

Front long travel custom: king 10" CO, solid lowers, fabbed spindle, heimed everything ect. Rear still in progress, waiting to be put on: bilstein 9100s, T100 axle. Stock 3.4 engine, 4.30 gears.
Bump if anyone has information on how the shop is doing.

I was reading up on suspension design and ran into this thread on dr

    http://www.dezertrangers.com/vb/general-off-road-talk/107615.htm

It reminded me of this one, I cant help but to think its the same Brian and if its not and he goes under I wouldn't doubt if he starts up a new shop in the near future which could be dangerous to potential customers.
