You don't NEED aftermarket calipers, the option for wilwoods will be available. Brian is redesigning the spindle to accommodate the stock caliper. Read before you post misleading info.

What will we do for rear suspension?

 

Nothing bro leans make your truck better for off-roading. not sure yet I'm thinking shackle flip and lift shackles. A spring over axle, or 3" lift spring pack. Brian and I will discuss this after the spindles are done. We still don't know the total lift this thing is going to have when the pre load is taken out. The spindle itself gives 3" of lift but we don't know how high it will sit. Once we get a visual we can decide what the best route would be for the rear to match height.

Good deal though. As a wild estimate what do you think it would cost for spindle and such a rear end suspension?

 

A new set of leafs will run you anywhere from 2-600. + new shocks around 85 a piece, possibly longer brake line 25 bucks. Brian isn't 100% set on price yet, it looks like its going to run anywhere from 1k - 1400. Don't quote me Boy cuz I ain't said shit.

I think $1250 would be the cut off for me... anything more and I might as well just get the mid travel kit first.

EDIT: Come to think of it he's going to make a pretty good profit off of this deal hes coming out with. He's the only seller of it and its a fair price for the biggest lift. 5LUG owners are going to be all over it.

 

Going from leaf under to leaf over is a waste . If u ever want to off road ur truck u will want leaf under. But Lets not go off topic with rear suspension stuff

 

It's not really off topic? I just want everything to be level. There's only so much off-road I'm going to do with my truck. So can we just buy a leaf over pack and it will fit our truck?

 

I was just going on your quote that until the new design is done you were using Willwood. Its hard when the information you read is misleading
