I have a question as to would it be possible to incorporate the 6 lug hubs were the rear could possibly be swapped also to the 6 lug elocker rear end thus giving a better option for wheels and traction.

well.... I go the spindles on and what a bust.... It was rubbing in a couple of places and on the tire. The total choas upper arms really killed it. I think they arent designed to have a modified spindle. Back to the drawing board. Im so bummed. David was a tropper. We worked till 3 in the morning to get them on to find out they wouldnt work. He had to stay the night at my house just to get up a few hours later to put his truck back to stock. What a heart break. So i havent given up though!!!!! Please bare with me on this one guys ill have it working in no time. Im thinking i will build a new upper that will work with my spindle, so get ready to sell your total choas arms in favor for mine. I want to be able to use my arms, spindles with the stock coilover for a 3in lift or you can use an after market coilover for a full 6in of lift. I will have picks of davids truck up soon ,but its so discouraging see that fail. I will make this happen i promise.

I wasn't able to make the spindles work with the total chaos upper arms, however I'm still working on that setup. I have built my own upper arms that work with my spindle and give you a 6 in lift with a standard replacement shock. It will also allow you to use an 8in coilover. You just need a shock hoop and my upper arms and spindle will give you 12 inches of wheel travel. You can also run a bumpstop and bypass too. It's setup really nicely. The spindle that works with the total chose arm is on hold at the moment but I will finish it.

Woah woah woah, your upper arm replacement with your spindle and stock lower arm equates to 12" of travel? thats the same as the TC Long travel kit......

(Brian feel free to edit any typos or misinformation I put in this)

So I stopped by B's shop on Friday to check it out. Ended up costing him money because he's just too much of a HOSPITALABLE guy which meant him, Alex, and I ended up shooting the shit for 6 or 7 hours between project talk, his midtravel kits for the 2nd gen, riding in his 1st gen and damn near breaking off my pinky from some dumbass random rock, and drinking beer. If you haven cost this guy money yet I highly suggest it, Brian's a hell of a dude and has made some QUALITY parts thus far.

I did get to checkout the spindles in person, (Im a cert welder so I did get meticulous with his work) and they are more legit then the pictures. The chaos kit will run the dana hubs and willwoods which is a great combo. (be honest I was scured to hear that they had ford hubs) but after seeing the options for hub choices on those they will be a nice addition to that kit.

His second option, from what I was told which is still up in the air on the end outcome, will utilize his one off uppers with a horizontal heim instead of the vertical like chaos, and taco hubs so you can swap out straight across with your stock setup. Gives the abiltiy for more travel out of a midtravel kit with a possible option of a bolt up strut bar mount that has coilover tabs and a bump stop mount to play off the upper arm. The overall yeild on this was told to be 12" garaunteed which has the ability of exceeding as does all his kits thus far. Holding the spindles in person and seeing them in person they are LEGIT gentlemen. The price he is charging is exceedingly well for the quality of prodcut and work him and alex are putting out.

By the way Steve, you did not give this kit justice nor has Brian updated his facebook to do so. This kit is slinging 26" in the rear, saw a couple vids of it driving and dropping straight down with the wheels about 3-4 feet off the ground and its plush. I wont go this far on my rig but if your looking for a clean setup with a shit ton of travel this is it!
