    I've got a stack of stuff to put on to the truck. Still haven't gotten to the seat cleaner.. Found a smaller wire brush to finish the sliders.. But haven't had a quite Saturday at work to do them, the scab plates are sitting unopened next to the unopened hub bearings.

    Oil change is finally done.
    I am really happy with the Fumoto valve I put on, first one since the install, and it went as smooth as expected.... Until I took the filter off.

    No... It was hotter then I expected, lost my balence trying to jump back off the tire. (Cause I'm short and have to stand on the tire..) and dropped it into the engine compartment.

    I've seen some people use a small piece of hose on the valve to keep the nipple clean and debris free especially if you drive in muddy/snowy/dusty conditions. You just take it off when you do your oil changes. Think of it like the rubber cap for you filter drain. Just a thought.
