Hey you are more than welcome to borrow this any time you need it. Pop up shower tent for showering or changing and portable potty that flushes and seals. I also have one of those tents that attach to the back of the truck for even more privacy if you want.

 

. There were bathrooms and showers 200ft from the camp site. I more so want a blind to get changed in that attaches off to the side of the roof rack or something.

Updating and planning items after the first trip out this year, finding odds and ends but nothing significant other then new tires.
Got the OP updated. Still gotta edit videos from the trip too.

Edit. Video is done, but working tonight so I’ll post it later.
Also updated my spreadsheet, it isn’t as bad as I thought to get some smaller quick mods done this year. Especially given the need for new tires this year.

And then I fell down a rabbit hole of YouTube videos of overlanding adventures. That. Was dangerous.

I don’t have the option not to at this point. I can barely back out of a parking lot without the entire parking lot staring at me lol.

@MidnightRebel07 was kind enough to provide me plates for the frame yesterday.

you dont need plates. I got a new frame in 2019, cut my mount, and never capped them

 

That’s good to know, but at least I have the option at this point.

 

Pre-gaming the next few weeks with a small “mod”. Picked up Decked’s D-Box to fix one issue. All my cooking gear, silverware, pots pans, plates were spread out across the truck in various locations. This allows me to store almost everything in one spot minus a fire grate.

Next up, Chop Shop.
Changing/ shower blind should be here the 7th. Then Welding party… and then wheel mounting. Aaaand then gotta figure out where I’m leaking either oil or power steering fluid. Can’t quite tell what it is.

In the mean time, found a bad boot, and a leak somewhere in the steering/ rack and Pinion.

So the list of finalizing the truck (front bumper, exhaust) will have to wait a smidge longer.

Looks like it’s just below the knuckle.

Mod meet yesterday squared away the last of the cab mount chop, thanks to @HomerTaco and @6 gearT444E for the assist with it!!

Dropping the truck off tonight to get the tires mounted and the boot replaced.

 

Truck was being the typical demonic Amocat last night and all of this morning.

Idling at 50rpm or less, slow on the go, and then all out stalling out while braking or sitting still.

So, let the truck cool off and went to work with Painting yesterday’s work and cleaning the throttle body.

yuck… I’ll post after pics later.

 

Don’t wanna jinx it… but seems to have done the trick, put it all back together, started the truck, refused to turn over, waited, started her again, turned over and shut off, third attempt, started up, sputtered, and is now back to idling above 1000rpms.

Going around the block to make sure, after the second coat gets put on.

 

Whole left axle swapped, new tires on, aaaand gotta chop more.
