Each sub is a 4 ohm, 400watt RMS rated woofer - which you will most likely want to wire in parallel, meaning you'll have a 2 ohm load overall, with 800rms handling, as you stated.
A decent amp in the 600-800ish watt RMS range is actually not generally that expensive - just make sure that whatever you get is rated for a 2ohm mono load. Many of today's amps are - especially if you're looking at monoblock amps.

Amp recommendations are always tricky, as a lot of brand loyalty usually comes in to play - so take everyone's recommendation with a grain of salt. Are you wanting to purchase from the same seller? If so look at the Kicker ZX line or the MB Quart RA1000.1 Even the Kicker Refurbished ZX stuff comes with a 1 year warranty - and the ZX line is typically a better product than the CX line. I'm not a budget amp buyer usually, so I'm looking at these based solely on specs.

Otherwise, you might want to look around for

800 Wrms amp that is compact in size to fit under the front seats can be tricky
Ether go with an amp that produces same power between a range of ohm loads ( alpine and JL ) or get an amp thats normally rated at 1600-1800wrms @ 1 ohm @ 14.4 volts. This will give you roughly, but again depending on amp 800wrms @ 2 ohms.

The amps i run are pretty much exactly that, their so small i can actually fit 2 under the passenger front seat and their rated 1800WRms@1 ohm

I'd have recommended the JL XD 600/1 or Alpine PDR-M65- but the price isn't "break the bank" friendly.

It's 14.4x10.3x2.5. Will that not fit under seat?

It will probably protrude from under the rear of the the seat a bit. I have a power inverter under my driver's seat, it is 2.59" high and it fits under the seat, but there's only about 10-12" of legnth available before it starts poking out, and there's an ac/heat vent under the seat you'll have to deal with.

you may be able to mount it side ways and run the power and ground under the centre console but i haven't checked that out yet.

so dealing with the air vent, how do I deal with it? cover it, reroute it, or what?

Honestly, I'm not sure - first you'll need to see how your amp lines up with it.

Let me know how these sound with some install pics. I have looked at this on eBay and it looks like a good deal.

No. Just pioneer head unit. That's next on the list. The amp I believe I will be able to mount on the sub box but up on the elevated part so it sits at an angle
