Is there a way to just replace the amp in my TRD SPORT with JBL audio system with out having to replace the entire system. The reason I ask this is because I like the sound and is enough for me for the first 10 min of my drive, after 10+- minutes the sound system loses power and the same song sounds less than half of when I turn on the truck.

you can replace it with another oem jbl amp.

but there's not any aftermarket plug-n-play options to replace the amp.

Yes you can get an aftermarket amplifier. Take it to a professional auto audio installer.
