I believe once you add it to you cart, there is an option to buy the membership and then the price goes down on each item by like 25%. I usually buy oil for both vehicles at the same time including the filters to get over $100 and get free shipping.

I use Amsoil 20-50 in my bike. Always used Mobil 1 in my Jeep and Nissan coupe.

Traded the Jeep in on my truck, and sold the Nissan Friday.

The dealership will be changing the oil in my truck at no charge as long as I own it. No idea what they use.

Checked Amsoil.com and you can access the program by clicking on the "preferred customer program" in the upper left hand corner of the main menu.

Been taking our 2012 prius to a local NAPA garage thats certified to service the prius plus all other toyota's. Never inquired what brand synthetic oil they use but zero issues with the car since going to them. Car has nearly 100k miles.

Nothing wrong with it, other than the price. I use it for my diffs, but I go with Pennzoil Ultra platinum because it's almost as good at less than 1/2 the cost.

My Son-in-Law uses Amsoil in his 2017 Tacoma and is very happy with it. From what I hear, Amsoil is supposed to be the best you can get. But it's not cheap by any means! lol

They have really good lubricants, they just didn't go the route of Mobil or Shell or Pennzoil because they don't get it out of the ground for free.

Depends what amsoil product you buy/use. Their interceptor 2 stroke synthetic motor oil is crap. Every engine we tore down that ran on it had dry rusty internals.

That's Interesting to hear, I've heard people rave about that oil in the snowmobile community and bought a bunch to use in my 2013 Pro RMK 800.

Of course people rave about it. They are making money doing so. Amsoil is a pyramid scheme.

    No it is NOT.

Pyramid Schemes are completely illegal. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=pyramid+scheme+definition

Amsoil is multi-level marketing (MLM) and 100% legal and ethical. People THINK these levels go on forever, but this is not true either. It is different than the classical levels of producer-warehouse-warehouse-end retailer via inside/outside sales channels, but not something to try to scare people about. Weird that.

Since the second part of your statement is untrue, let's look at the first part - tons of people love Amsoil and they certainly don't sell or have anything to do with the business other than being a consumer.

If you don't like the product, don't buy it. Simple as that. Disparaging a marketing/sales method just comes off as an attack, IMHO.

Something must have been wrong. Are we talking injector or premix? I've never had a single complaint about any of the 2 stroke oils. Almost sounds like someone was using the old injector oil as a premix, and mixed at Saber ratios. Hard to know at this point.

Sounds like you have fallen victim to the amsoil pyramid scheme too.

There's always those few Amsoil ambassadors on the facebook forums who come in and preach about amsoil. These are the same people who have no idea what they are talking about but sleep better at night knowing they way over payed for oil that really is no better then the less expensive competition.

Lot depends how hard one rides using inceptor. Seems the more aggressive guys are the ones with the issues. Recommended they use amsoil dominator...thats really good oil.

Most of the oil they sell is ok. Their 2 stroke snowmobile oil like inceptor we refer to it as scamsoil.

The only difference between a "MLM" company and a Ponzi scheme, which is illegal, is you guys actually have product. Amway and Herbalife are two good examples of Pyramid... oops, MLM companies.
There's a reason these levels of the pyramid (c'mon, the structure looks like a pyramid!) don't go on forever and that's simply because you eventually run out of margin.
If the top takes a percent, then the second level takes a percentage, then the third level takes a percentage.... eventually you run out of percentages.
If you are having fun, then keep on doing it as it is of course legal. I just don't like the fanaticism and the cult like devotion. Take a look at your above statement man - "Disparaging a marketing/sales method just comes off as an attack, IMHO." he was not disparaging you, he was criticizing the company selling model, yet you got your back hairs up and called it an attack. That is fanatical in my humble opinion.
