    Hey Tiger, I have a law question for you. If i get a ticket for failure to pay toll on the toll road, is that a moving violation and do i get points on my liscense? or is it different in every state maybe?

    i'd have no idea about WV law

    we only have 1 toll road in sc and there are very rarely cops patrolling it and its not anywhere CLOSE to my jurisdiction...

    you'd have to ask the WVSP or WVDMV
