    This looks cool. I have a 2011 with Bluetooth steering wheel controls, the buttons on the right. Can I retain the functionality of those controls with this head unit? Has anyone done this?

    I have a 15 with all the 12 or 13 buttons and you can program up to 6 or 8 different buttons. Can't remember now.

    Just wanted to say thanks for all the info here, I just Bought their latest unit the JY-UQ130, Along with the metra kit (couldnt find the charcoal schosche), the ASWC-1 steering wheel adapter and the joying Toyota adapter, I didn't want to cut or modify a lot just in case i ran into issues with the unit i can go back to stock without major modifications, it will be delivered in about 2 weeks, it will be paired to 2 Amps, one for highs and one for lows, I will post pics when i install

    Hello, curious if there are any updtes on how everyone is getting along with the Android units? I am an apple/iphone guy but use an Android (Locus) for dual sport motorcycle stuff. Much happier with that system for that purpose and I think Android stereo would be great!

    I installed it about a month ago and I love it, I'm having a weird issue tho but it doesn't bother me, the volume auto adjust sometimes without me touching it, it's not a drastic adjustment but it does goes up or down a little,

    Had mine for a couple months before I punched the screen out of pure frustration.

    * Volume knob would periodically and randomly stop working. Restart the unit and it worked again until it stop again.
    * Got tired of the extremely long boot time.
    * Clock would constantly reset.
    * Screen did very poorly with glare.
    * The unit got HOT HOT HOT.
    * Audio quality is shit. Even did the MTC Sound Processor mod and it never sounded quite right.

    Tech support was a joke. Things were lost in translation with them ultimately instructing me to take apart the unit and inspect for a loose cable instead of warrantying it out. The cable was fine. I also restored it to factory many time and it didn't help the problems. Tried a new ROM, same issues.

    There was a lot of things I liked about it and having a Android unit built into the truck was pretty cool. Probably would have kept it in but the volume situation was far too frustrating. Driving around with music blasting and need to turn it down? Nope, can't do it without multiple gestures.

    Ended up with a Pioneer AVX-5800 and far happier. Sound quality is night and day. Automatically plays music within 10 seconds. Easier to navigate and use while driving. Far less distracting.

    YMMV

    Thanks for the update. The pioneer deck is what I've been eye balling. Besides crutchfield, where else could I get the harness to make it work in 2015 TSS Tacoma?
