A few months back my bed lights that I installed sometime in CA gave out , so this past weekend I went ahead and pulled the led strips and cut back and tied off the power until I decide what I want to do for lighting . I’m thinking of during the 4 pod lights in each corner . I feel like maybe in the AZ sun the led strips gave out due to the heat here . I will update when I get around to that project though !

Backup Camera and Apple Car Play Radio install

Went ahead and updated the stock head unit from the standard radio to a new Dual Radio from Walmart that has apple car play and android auto.

Also Installed a new License plate mounted back up camera from Amazon

overall was a very easy install took about 3 hrs of time .

For the head unit I went ahead and just matched all the wires , for the back up camera I spliced into the reverse lights using a Ttap , and ran the wires in a loom under the truck and into the cab. Pretty surprised how much that ads to my truck !

A little of this and a little of that.

    Nice job and nice truck!

I have Redline hood struts on both my Tacoma trucks and they are a great mod!
