Not saying these items are related but I just put my new 285/75/16 Milestar Patagonia MT on the truck. I'm running Rough Country coil over struts that gave me 2 inches in the front and a 1.5 inch spacer also made by RC....So loving life right....again not sure these are related but all of a sudden I get on the passenger side an annoying chirp squeak thing going on that first I swore was coming from my passenger side seat but now I do not think so. It sounds like it is right at mid truck on my extended cab. I know chasing squeaks like this are really hard to do so I'm asking if anyone else has had a chirp like this and was able to chase it down. Thanks

There is a squeak between the right pillar trim and the speaker grille, esp on colder days. You can test this with a piece of folded paper wedged in the gap. The best fix that I found is gluing some loop tape to the side of the grille. Use a hard glue like CA. A soft glue or sticky back loop tape will slide off in the heat.

I also had a squeak in my AC door. The factory misinstalled the panel. The check on mine was that I could push the forward upper corner with the door closed and get to make noise. Easy to pull off. For your viewing pleasure:

My truck is a 4 door. Are you saying it could be inside either pass side door panel....it does sound like plastic on plastic.

Oh. You said extended cab. That is usually called a Double Cab (DC) around these parts. :D

On my AC (different kind of 4door), it was one of the clips squashed and not in it's hole. Plastic on metal. It could be a thing on the DC rear doors, but I have no experience there. Interior noises can be hard to trace.

Ok I have now removed my pass seat and put rubber gromet under the seat bracket bc I noticed it was metal on metal...took my pass side door panel off of which I broke a plastic piece and still no fix to annoying squeaky chirp.... actually it sounds louder....then driving to work tdy I was convinced it was my fender liner bc it seems like it was being impacted my wind...pull into work and my fender liner is very snug....I have trimmed some front plastic for tire clearance and I had the cab mount chop done at a 4x4 shop...this noise to me sound plastic on plastic and I cannot duplicate the sound without driving it...I can open pass door and stand on sill holding on to inside grab handle and rock the truck up and down with my weight flexing suspension and moving it up and down with zero hint of the noise.... ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS HERE...my daughter has told me I'm nuts and to leave it alone...she says she barely heard it...maybe it's a guy thing but it really bothers me.

    Some noises just suck.

The other ones that I had and fixed were:

-- The leaf pads. It took a while and some lubing for them to stop. Jack the frame just in front of the leaf bolt, one side at a time, and squirt some dry lube in between each pad. Takes 5min with no need to pull the wheels.
-- I thought I was getting the leaf squeak again, but I found another source was the cab mounts settling. Re-torquing the rear four to spec fixed that permanently. I think the torque is 30N-m? You should verify that.
-- Washboard roads wore out the push fasteners in the rear fenders. They would squeak on rhythmic bumps or going over the curb at home. It fixed that by replacing the plastic push fasteners with wellnuts and SS screws and washers:

Hopefully one of those helps you?

BTW, the seat rail on the cab should be no problem. Proper torque (37N-m) should keep them from moving.

Tonered...and others thanks for the help here....so I retorqued my cab mount bolts....still chirps....as far as the even more annoying rattling squirrelly odd as hell noise I have now my third fact set to add to the mix...three times now driven the truck in wet raining weather and it is COMPLETELY noise free....so I like that I found this new fact set but then again I'm not sure what it tells me....I guess for starters it tells me the noises aren't internal like something stuck in my duct work....I was convinced that the rattle was my fender liner which I did a good bit of trimming with a Dremel tool to get my tires to clear but I gave it a once over and all the remaining fender liner seems very snug....does anyone know if they make a softer more rubbery fender liner.... maybe I should completely take the factory fender liner out and see if the noises are gone?

That sucks. Like @MoneyMan55 said, there are two more cab mounts up front. You do have to mess with the fender liner to get at them, so I suppose it would be a good opportunity to try that also.

Yeah. Water is a pretty good lubricant.

I think there was another one about one of the cables exiting the cab and rubbing on one of the heat shields. I thought it was corrected in 2017 or 2018. Might be worth poking around there?

Ok so in case anyone comes across this thread later I feel obligated to report on the remedy...so I am driving my daughter to her horseback riding lessons and the road to the farm is very washed out...I hit a huge bump and the once annoying occasional chirp is now constant....I barely can stand it long enough to get home...I pull in my driveway and now my daughter can mimic the sound while rocking the truck while I lay under it...I find the cause of the sound and can't believe that something SO SMALL is causing this much noise...so when I had my cab mount chop done the plate they welded in was barely AND I MEAN BARELY touching this thing I'm going to call a huge washer that seems to be connected to the cab mount bolts...an area of this large round washer that amounted to maybe the tip of a sharp pencil was rubbing in that plate...this is the cab mount under the pass seat....so I loosened the bolt a few turns....I had this body filler kit from way back that came with Bondo scrapers of various sizes made of smooth flexible rubbery plastic...I found the right sized one and cut it with a box cutter...I curled the piece in a half circle and put it between the washer and plate and retorqued....Viola!!!
