So for some reason I hear a clicking noise from the drivers side... When I roll down the window it sounds like it is coming from the side mirror. It usually clicks when the truck is hitting bumps or when the truck vibrates... Has anyone had this problem ?

Mostly stock yea... are you talking about the plastic around the bottom of the windshield ? Where the AC vent is?

FYI - maybe not the mirror? I have a 2008 Tacoma with rattly brake pads - they rattle on bumps, e.g. potholes/speedbumps. You can check if this is it by pressing the brake slightly going over a bump that you know will cause the noise. If the noise does not happen with brake on, it's the pads, not the mirror.

Ill give it a try, but I don't think its the breaks... Its a clicking noise sorta like something is to close to something else and hits it to annoy the hell out of me =[
