I have a 2008 V6 amd when I come to a stop at a red light my RPMs drop down to 500-600 rpms and my truck starts to vibrate. The vibration goes away if the RPMs go up a little to 700. It only does this in Drive and Reverse. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Clean the MAF Sensor and throttle body. Make sure your plugs are good ( replaced every 30K ). Check for a vacuum leak.
