Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
I mean, from the looks of it they'll be canvasing the entire place and staying in Tillamook proper. So we might be ok the closer we wheel to Browns. It should clear up the campgrounds pretty good for us too in case people want their own campsite.

I haven't seen a roster for their group yet. I may contact them to see how many rigs they have going.

Edit: @stikle pistons wild is having a poker run that weekend you mentioned

I give up. If anybody needs me, I'll be driving around Clackamas Town Center and Washington Square...breaking in the new Duratracs.

(although the weekend of 6/30 is open...)

Need channel inputs on possible new dates...

    @Bennett707 @Benson X @Chickenmunga @RogueTRD @northwesttaco

16th-18th is open, as far as we can see. However, someone said they weren't available. The 30th-July 2nd is also open. But that is also 4th of July weekend (practiced..?) and may be REALLY busy

I could go earlier but probably not later. I'm on vacation from May 25th-June 12th so it's gonna be hard for me to get more time off so quickly afterwards.

Recommendation to stay with the weekend we have planned? We can get the group campsite that weekend. May have to share trails with jeepers, but looks like it'll be like that all summer

Mikes right on it being busy with a jeep run happening. Some trails are long enough to where if two groups start at either end, there won't be enough room to pass by. We had to make a guy back up for awhile once so we could get our group through.

I'd avoid a known event weekend unless it's a atv/motorcycle event. Been to all these events from the start with mike except for last year, trust me when I say it's a bad idea to go if the jeep group is going to be large.

I vote a change, its not fun to go if its crowded or when the trails are 2-way and you have to figure out how to get one group by another.

I'm not fully available the last weekend of may, but I could try to get it to work.

I would have a hard time getting the time off the last half of June. The earlier I know the better chance of getting it.

The lady emailed me and said either the weekend before or weekend after we were going has no events

My opinion is, there are going to be other people out there anyways. We can't have the whole place to ourselves lol. Last year we had to accommodate for other wheelers. I'm sure we could do it again. It sounds like changing dates could possibly make it where half of the people interested, wouldn't be able to go. I really liked meeting everyone last year, and have looked forward to it for a year now to see y'all again. And I'd like to meet even more new people. Let's just go for it!

I'm good with any of those 3 weekends, but agree with Cory's thoughts - especially if the group breaks up into smaller groups then trail hogging by us would be less of an issue.

It's not really us hogging that's the issue. It's running into groups out there that are 10-15+ in size on the same trail.

If you're in a group that is say 5 and come across a massive group going the other way, you're backing up, not them lol.
