The radio is taller than the CB, i don't think [the radio] would fit, plus the CB wouldn't take up all the top room. Secondly, I'd have to toss the legs again to cut up the back end of the cubby. I'm going to see what I can do to keep the legs, but I trust what MrGrimm is suggesting. that guy does things top notch, and I'm sure rattling is not something he puts up with.

I need that space for the GPS, ipod, and mic (when not in use)! I also want it readily visible. My Midland pissed me off because I always had to fumble around to find it for adjustments. I'm positive I can make this work, this should be the end product:

No worries. This project reminds me of when my buddy and I tried to stick a single DIN in a pre-tacoma. We punched out the stock deck to find about 2" before running into vent piping. We finally ended up cutting a hole in the dash and sticking the radio in there - total hack job, but we thought "at least he had more than just AM radio!" I'm trying really hard to never do that again!

I just ended Archers, so Rogers was right next door and I couldn't pass it up. Yeah they must have mowed the hell out of the place for logging, place looked really forgotten and more or less... 'pristine'? No potholes or anything.
There was also supposed to be a section of Fire Fox, but that's completely gone as far as I can tell. Welp, good to know at least.

Not sure who this david is. I thought you were doing sliders for kalamakid. I guess you didn't make it out wheeling - no worries, I wasn't sure how to find you

Completely on accident, I swear...but it did work out well lol.

Learned my lesson though. Got to get the cb channel we're using before we get to Browns next time. haha.

I ran the same stuff minus Rogers Road and plus Hogs Back.

Broke one of Zach's old CV axles I picked up from him awhile back. My fifth CV now. Waterfall strikes again...sigh. I actually made it back through the filter in 2wd.

Hopefully I'll be able to get that day off work. It shouldn't be an issue. :)
