No issues with camping other than we have to park 3 trucks per sight. @ lembowski. D-rings are the answer. We have six d-rings in our bed. Then we cris cross the straps. It does well. Preferably rachet straps. They hold better

I just packed everything against the front of the bed and use a ratchet strap. I've never had anything fly out.

I have 4 D-rings to install in addition to the 2 stock, 4 ratcheting straps, a net. Gotta get my "Y" strap for my spare sometime this week to.

Yes, this is a big ass group. I'm pretty sure there will be enough camping spots for all of our trucks. Plus if Hole in the wall is full we can split the group and some of us can head to Mid Hills campground. It's important that we get to camp around 3pm so we can get enough spots. We have to assume trail repairs and other situations which will delay time in the desert so it's important we don't delay on the way to the desert.

I would like the group leaving on Friday to leave Barstow at 7am. It's about a 2 hour drive to Laughlin from Barstow. Assuming everyone is in Laughlin by 9am or so, we should head out by 10am. Since we have such a large group it's important everyone is on time, gas up quickly and head out from Barstow. The group in Laughlin will be ready to leave when the others arrive in Laughlin.

I used something like this for the last Mojave run still working good.

    http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc...0053&langId=-1&keyword=eye+bolt&storeId=10051

Its just a example I think I used a bigger size with washer.
Hooked it up to the 2 drain holes towards the front of the bed area.

Good backing support for the composite beds, better than cheapo washers.
