Another 30k maintenance question?

Need your much desired recommendations: AT 67-yo, while not crippled, osteoarthritis of the spine will not let me change my own fluids anymore, so I typically go to the dealer for service. This habit has saved my ARSE in this Lemon Law suit, as the Service Dealer, and therefore the MFg, had detailed info proving I had all required service and showed #of warranty claims and total # of days in the shop for warranty repairs Additionally, I found that getting oil changes at the Stealership, allowed me to stay current with all computer upgrades (current truck)

All that said, and keeping in mind I hope to put 300K+ on my soon to be purchased Tacoma:

1. Do you recommend Synthetic fluids all-around?
2. Change interval for them?
3. How can we be sure the Service Tech actually adds Synthetic VS Std fluids?
4. What interval do you change plugs and best brand?

1. Synthetic is usually better, but as long as you stay on top of the maintenance, regular is fine.
2. Depends on what the fluid is. Oil - 5,000, Differential - 30,000, Transmission - 60,000. Check your manual.
3. Other than standing over him, you can't. So find a mechanic or dealer you trust.
4. Every 30,000. Denso or NGK is stock. I prefer Denso. How to link for referrence.

DO THE REAR DIFF AT THE VERY LEAST..... honestly it should be changed out after the first 5k cus it gets NASTY... i did mine at 6k and switched to synthetic in the rear diff at that point.

plugs, n rear diff at the very least.

the 90k for plugs is for the fancy iridium plugs. the standard copper plugs should be changed at 30k.
