i have a 14 2wd dbl cab.

does anyone know what after filter this is in my 4L? it looks like it has hay inside. looks like it would take some effort to get out. looks wedged in pretty good from factory.

Charcoal filter for emissions. When the truck is off, it filters fumes from the cylinders going back to the atmosphere through the intake.

Leave the second filter in. Removing it will not give a gain in HP or fuel mileage.
