M4 bbl on rifle upper is fine. Rifle bbl on M4 upper will cause issues.

Yeah I saw that picture but I'm just wondering what it'll do if you don't have the right combination. Will it just jam up?

I got my barrel installed yesterday. Daniel Defense 16"
    1 in 7 twist
    Mid length
    Gov contour

It's all coming together. I just have to get my rail, gas block/tube and some flip up sights.

Jam-o-matic. The tip of the bullet can catch in that overlap.

Well everyone, I got my rail and gas system in the mail yesterday. I payed for standard 7-10 day shipping and it came in 2 days. Must have put the wrong label on it or something.. Thank you all for the help while building my rifle. Now I just want to save up for an eotech holographic sight but the flip up sights will work for now.

    Parts:
    Aero Precision Lower Receiver
    -AR stoner buffer assembly
    -Magpul grip
    -Magpul ACS buttstock
    -Magpul magazines
    -ALG Defense Trigger
    -KNS Trigger Pins
    -Standard safety/mag release

    Aero Precision Upper Receiver
    -APF armory BCG
    -APX charge handle
    -Daniel Defense 16" barrel
    -ALG Defense muzzle brake
    -Fortis Rev rail
    -Fortis gas block
    -Magpul flip up sights
    -Magpul angled grip

I think that's it. Trying to think of all of it off the top of my head.

@gman556 Thanks man! Now hopefully I can get out and shoot it sometime soon. I finished it just in time for rain season...

Thanks! I haven't gotten a chance to shoot it yet because of the rain... I guess that's what you get for finishing it in the fall season in the northwest. I'll get out one of these days and let ya'll know how it goes!

By the way, I bought a drago double gun case and the zippers broke the day I got it. I bought it on Amazon and thankfully was able to return it. I'd avoid it if anyone is looking to get a case. I like the voodoo one though. Might go with that one. Plus it's only about 15 bucks more.

I bought the blackhawk 2 gun case on Amazon for 30.00. It has been good so far.

Hey everyone, I just realized I never gave you guys an update. It's been pretty cold and rainy over here in Washington but I made my way up to the mountains to go shoot my AR about a month ago. Shot a few hundred rounds through it!
It worked perfect the first time. No problems at all other than my muzzle brake spinning off a little. I need to get a new crush washer for it...
I helped my friend put his together as well and his worked too except he bought the wrong size gas tube.

Anyway, thanks again for all the help guys!

It looks good but, your rear sight is backwards. It should fold to the rear.

I'm guessing you didn't scroll through the rest of the thread? I finished putting my AR a couple months ago. I got most of my parts from midway and a few from a local shop in Tacoma called Surplus Ammo and Arms. I definitely recommend that shop to anyone around this area.
