Any battery with a model called the MegaTron is cool in my book.
They really are good batteries, but I heard they started getting stingy with their warranty returns within the last year or so.

To me brand is secondary. I'll always get the best they offer.
What is important is that they have an outlet near me and is open.
I had an Interstate (good battery) die on me on a Friday night and the dealers weren't open till Monday to replace it! So, I buy mostly Diehards from Sears.
Most batteries are made from the same main companies with Exide being the largest.
    So I voted Diehard.
By the way, around here if I get three full years I call myself lucky. Due to our heat, that kills batteries...:infantry:

For as many battery sellers, there is only a few factories making them. I may be wrong ,but any auto supply store is a rebadge, thats not a bad thing though. Usually its Excide. Like Yuma said, look for one that sells close/good warranty

The things required to pull bitches
I use Exide Orbital as well, better review than optimas, I think XR-Ace is selling his for a good price.

Edit: Look into the sears Die Hard Platinum, They are just a re badged Odyssey battery for a fraction of the price.

so anyways i went with the napa legend cause interstate's closed for labor day & i need a battery quick so i can go to work tomorrow.

napa reviews seemed ok. read somewhere that they're made by exide. not sure how true that is, though.

2 year free replacement, 7 year pro rate warranty.
640 Cold Cranking Amps and 100 Reserve Capacity.

not bad for $90.00, but we'll see how it goes.

good input though guys, thanks & keep it comin. battery research is a bitch.
