Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
Time for brakes so I figure it's time for Tundra upgrade. Getting ready to order the parts and I seem to remember discussion about conversion brake lines leaking/ not seating well. Searched but haven't found the thread. Is the leak common with a particular supplier/brand of line? Anyone know of this? Thanks.

I used Wheeler's brake lines also when I did the Tundra Upgrade. Worked perfectly!

Upgrading to stainless steel brake lines like the wheeler's will make an improvement in braking as well - my ss lines on my 08 made a huge difference in how firm the pedal feels.

20161029_140401.jpg If your banjo bolts bottom out before the line is tight and quits leaking. You'll have to drill the bolts out a little. (This is when using original hose and banjo bolts)

If you have a rattle noise from pads. Try 2 anti rattle clips on each side. If you still have a noise. Contact me.

Did the wheelers kit have the flared end instead of the banjo?

Oh. Actually to be correct it should have the 2 steel hoses and brackets..... then the brake line. Like in Timmah's video.

Thanks all. I was planning on going with Wheelers lines but wanted to check on what I'd heard.

Thank god for my tundra calipers. Just had a brand new Cadillac do a California roll at a stop sign right in front of me. Managed to stop my truck inches before crawling over his hood.
