I'm having new shocks installed tomorrow and I want to make sure they're set up correctly. My truck (2007 TRD O/R 4x4) sits perfectly level now, as checked with a 4' level on the bed rails. It's all stock suspension with the leaf spring TSB installed. Right now, the front is about 1" less than the rear measured from the hub to the wheel arch.

I'm not looking for any kind of lift and don't want to install spacers anywhere. So, the question is, should I set the front shocks to 0 or .85?

Thanks, it does seem kind of obvious. With everyone talking about using .85, I wasn't sure if somehow the 5100s were shorter than the stock shocks.

Most people installing the 5100's are interested in the lift aspect, which is why you see so much mention of the different perch settings.
