Thanks! Definitely busy! Making money, maybe not so much, but enough to keep going and pay our mortgage. We're only 4 years into starting this business, so I'm hoping we are able to turn a profit soon!

The hardest part right now is finding people to work for us, as the worker pool is very small currently!

Yeah it is! trying to get it more organized and use the space we have more efficiently, but you can only do so much when you simply don't have any space! Right now we have our "store" and we have our "shop", and they are about 6 blocks apart. We've been trying to look for a new building that we could fit both into one with space to spare. It's a bit of a nightmare right now how our shop is laid out, because if a vehicle gets stuck on the front lift, we can't get anything in or out, as there's only 1 bay door. It's been interesting!

At least it's not just a u.s. problem then. What do you think is the problem finding people who want to work up in Canada? Covid related? Here the government is giving out too much money so people don't have to work.

It's a crazy world right now but if a person is willing to work hard there's money to be made. Keep up the good work.

Another rad video, nice work dude! I'll admit, you mentioning the difficulty of finding employees... has a young guy like me daydreaming. It's a major bummer that becoming a Canadian and/or dual citizenship is such a long and painful process. Otherwise, I'd be there in a heartbeat.

Been plugging away at the SUA swap. Took about 3 hours for a friend and I to pull the bed, cut off all the 63 swap stuff, grind the frame smooth, and get the Sua mounts bolted on... After that things really slowed down haha. 20211024_150359.jpg 20211024_150507.jpg

Rusty frame issues as always, but working through it all. Going to have to modify the bed cage a bit, but waiting for more shock tabs to show up. Gotta get the truck rolling first thing in the am though cuz a customer truck needs to go on that lift.

Also had to get my new driveshaft shortened cuz the axle moves so far forward at full droop.

    20211025_184631.jpg 20211025_184700.jpg 20211025_185458.jpg 20211026_234222.jpg 20211026_234247.jpg 20211026_234239.jpg

The bed cage almost work d perfectly, but the upper Mount needs to be around 2" higher and 2" further back, so I'll have to re do that. But that's only at full bottom out, so I can do that next week, and drive it in the mean time.

On her own weight. Much happier with the ride height than I was with the 63's! Still need to sort out the upper shock mounts, and my bumper doesn't fit any more as the supports hit the hangers and shackles... Never ends does it.

got a bit of a stack of parts going on right now that I'm going to attempt to get done before the end of the year...

    JD sliderack
    King hydrobumps in the front
JD inner fenders if they come in
    Advanced fiberglass
need to rebuild my rear shocks and still need to redo the upper shock mounts on the bed cage.
some lights and electrical stuff I gotta sort out
    a bunch of maintenance.
Fab new front bumper, and ideally fab a new rear bumper.

I'm not totally sure how much of that I can realistically get done this year, but I'm gunna try! Want to make my truck look like @RonRon23

I have the same thing going on too with parts piling up. Let's hope the inner fenders show up sooner rather than later. I'll be watching to see how well they work with your 37s. Looking forward to see what you come up with.

I'm not holding my breath with all the shortages etc going on!

What I really need to do is plate my entire frame, top, bottom, and outside, then box it, and add some triangulated cross members. But that's for another time haha

Or just bite the bullet and build a whole new frame.

That would be the proper way. But if I did that, then I would have just linked the truck haha

I saw these the other weekend, and thought hell. Why are we even bothering to modify our trucks when this is a bolt on option, Looks like a SUA with a SOA Ubolt LOL?!?!?
