Well, it looks like they kept the Load Proportioning Valve.
    Huh, who’d have thunk?

It's from JD fab. We put one on @Slashaar 's truck minus the bed cage and 37's a little while back.

Nice, I only see the springs on the site, so definitely interested to see more about it in the future

I think @Slashaar said you could call, it's not all up on their site yet.
On a more personal note, I was more sad you let the 80 go.

It was a tough choice, but the market was ripe and I couldn't afford to keep both builds alive and well. I think about that truck a lot tho...

You're a short bed, so it should be infinitely easier install process than Long bed. Ours require more measuring and a bit of frame drilling.

Yeah as said, it's JD's kit. I still have a crazy clunk in the front that I need to figure out, and I need to redo the upper shock mounts before I can properly try it out. Just haven't had time.

I think my front clunk is my rack, but it's really hard to tell. I can't find play anywhere else.

Woah, stoked you did that! I always had to dig through the thread to try and find any of that stuff when somebody asked! Now it's all in one spot haha!

I can't speak to JD's rear shock towers, but the leaf spring kit was pretty easy over all. What took me longest was disassembling the leaf packs to cycle the suspension and make my bump stop mounts etc, then reassembling the packs which was a major pain doing it solo. Trying to line up the pin using clamps and everything took me a little while.

Probably don't even need them really. Just some rubber ones probably work fine

I don't even have that! I haven't felt the axle bottom out on the frame yet, so probably ok. :anonymous:

Rebuilt and revalved my rear shocks and started modifying my bed cage... Also started on the slide rack... Unfortunately my plans for the bed cage didn't work out so I have to start again. The location the shock has to be in, means I can't get the bolt in or out. Unfortunate because I really like it.

Have to get the truck driving again by Monday night, so moving on to the steering. Can roll without shocks if I can't get it all done.
