Fix it. Strip the frame to bare metal to a length on each side of the crack <----> 3x the height of the rail. Grind out the crack. Weld the crack. Fish plate the frame over the crack with a plate that is as tall as the rail and with a length that is 2x the height. Then box the frame at that point. Coat the frame in your preferred undercoating. Check for other cracks, repeat above steps for any other cracks.
    Simple, relatively cheap, effective.

Just find a welder in your area that's a member here on Tacomaworld. Most guys will help you out for a case of beer. If you were down south, I'd weld it up for you.
If it were my truck with low miles like that, I'd buy that lift kit and those frame repair brackets/sleeves you posted. Do it all at once. If you weld those plates on, you'll be good to go. Just make sure you use some rust converter and make sure you get some inside your frame too. Most fail from the inside out. Don't just give up on it man, I don't think it's that big of a repair. Just takes doing it. Good luck!

Ouch...... I would definitely strip, weld, and reinforce the area. Shouldn't be too much work for a professional welder.

easy fix. drill out the crack, grind the rust out (i can barely see any) weld it up. Add a frame plate and spray with bed liner or undercoating.
