Another DDM Question imgine that!

Does the 55w 6000k hi/lo 9003 kit come with everything you need to get them running? Or do I need any relays? I've read all over TW but got different impressions.

 

it comes with everything! complete plug n play, i have almost that exact kit

yeah, of coarse they arent high end hids like Phillips but they arent bad! Ive had them for about 6 months, they are in my Black Magics and they still work great! Only thing that sucks is the switch they send. One of the power prongs inside it broke off after about 2 months so i had to get a new switch

is the 55w 5k the whitest/clearest setup or is the 35w 5k? going in my 01
55w dont get too hot in 1g headlights? I always have my headlights on


I have 5k hids in my 95 integra but those have projector lights and not sure if they are 35w or 55w

4300k or 4500k are pure white

 

is one wattage better than the other? 55w the popular one? all ive read in searching is that you want to use the 35w for fog lights since its a smaller area and the 55w gets hotter than the 35w.

 

yeah you dont want 55w in you headlights! unless you wanna be "that guy" whos tha biggest dick in tha world cause their headlights are so fucking bright! My 35w bulbs are bright enough to were i get people flashing their brights at me all tha time and ive evn turned the lights way down on the road

the hi/lo kit should already come with a relay IIRC

 

That's what I thought myself is there a replacement for the factory relay on the wiring harness? I was told a 40a would work but I'm not seeing how
